AcelleMail is sold exclusively on
CodeCanyon
(Envato Market). The binding commercial terms — license grant, payment, refund eligibility, dispute resolution — are governed by Envato's marketplace terms and the specific license you purchase. This page is a plain-language summary of how the product works alongside those terms; in any disagreement between this page and Envato's terms, Envato's terms control.
What you get with each license
- Regular License — $74 one-time. Use AcelleMail on a single domain you control. Includes full PHP/Laravel source code, lifetime updates, and 6 months of email support.
- Extended License — $199 one-time. Adds the right to charge end-users for access to your AcelleMail instance (i.e. operate your own SaaS on top of AcelleMail). Same source code, same updates, same 6-month support window.
A license is per-installation. If you operate multiple distinct end-products with separate domains, each end-product needs its own license. Internal staging / test installs that are not customer-facing do not require a separate license.
What's included in the 6-month support
The support window starts on the day of purchase and includes: installation help, configuration guidance, bug fixes for confirmed defects, clarification of documented behaviour, and questions about how to use existing features. Out of scope: custom feature development, infrastructure setup beyond what's documented, debugging customer-side modifications to the source code, training, and integration with non-supported third-party tools.
Updates
Every license includes lifetime updates — every new release of AcelleMail (security patches, feature additions, framework upgrades) is available to you via your CodeCanyon download history at no extra cost. We do not charge subscription, renewal, or upgrade fees.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by Envato's standard policy. We strongly encourage trying the

before purchase — it issues a fully working test account at no cost. If you purchase and the product does not match its description, file a refund request within Envato through your purchase page; we will support a legitimate refund request without friction.
What AcelleMail does NOT do
AcelleMail is the application — the marketing UI, the campaign builder, the automation engine, the analytics dashboard. It is not a sending service. To actually deliver email you must connect a separate SMTP service (Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, your own postfix server, etc.) and pay that provider's fees directly. We do not provide email delivery, IP reputation management, or block-list rehabilitation services.
AcelleMail does not enforce sending policies on its operators. Compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, PECR) is your responsibility as the operator. If your ISP or SMTP provider blocks your sending due to policy violations, that is between you and them.
Disclaimers
AcelleMail is provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about deliverability, uptime of integrated third-party services, or business outcomes from using the product. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at the price you paid for the license.
Acceptable use
Your AcelleMail license does not permit: redistributing the source code outside the licensed domain, removing or obscuring the copyright notice in the codebase, or using AcelleMail to send unsolicited commercial email at scale. We reserve the right to terminate the support relationship (but not the license itself, which is yours to keep) if we discover a license is being used to operate a spam farm.
